How do you go back from one page to another in the Truckers Expense and Accounting App when the IOS devices does not have back buttons?

While the Truckers Expense Reports and Accounting App is included in the Solo and Team Company apps and the Solo and Team Lease and Owner Operator Apps, you can download the stand alone Truckers Expense Reports and Accounting App.

Is there a way to edit or delete entries in the expense reports app? I created a couple of test reports now I can't get rid of them.
